Saba or "sapa" has been a classic seasoning in Emilian cuisine for many generations. It is obtained only with grape must, cooked over low heat for hours.
The taste is very sweet thanks to the high percentage of cooked must used and the use is extremely versatile.
Our Saba is made with only Lambrusco grapes and it has one of the highest densities on the market.
To be combined with: risotto and soups, grilled vegetables, roasts, boiled meats, mature cheeses, fruit salads, ice cream.
