This condiment based on Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. is the result of the union of selected grape musts with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. The good percentage of cooked must inside and the presence of Balsamic make this product versatile and balanced.
To be combined with: mixed salads, dips, fish and meat marinades, omelettes, boiled meats and roasts.
