White Seal

White sweet-sour condiment

The sweet-sour white condiment from Modena is obtained by combining white wine vinegar and concentrated must of white grapes. We also add a part of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI which makes the taste more round and persistent. The white grapes enhance the most delicate and balanced part of the product which becomes versatile.

To be combined with: cooked or raw vegetables, fries, white meats, soft cheeses.
