This condiment is the result of the union of selected grape musts with a dense Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The high quantity of cooked must and the presence of Balsamic vinegar make this product extremely concentrated and with a soft and balanced taste.

The specialty of this condiment lies in its fundamental ingredient, the natural aroma of organic truffle. It is extremely difficult to find, it gives a rich perfume and a persistent taste, unique in this genre.

To be combined with: meat roasts, grilled meat, carpaccio and salami. Ideal for garnishing appetizers and main courses.
