This product is obtained by blending the concentrated must of white grapes with white wine vinegar. We also add a part of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI which makes the taste more round and persistent. The white grapes enhance the most delicate and balanced part of the product.

This condiment is perfectly associated with Balsamic Vinegar of the same family, since it has one of the highest densities in its category thanks to the high quantity of grape must used.

To be combined with: salads and cooked or raw vegetables, fish dishes, white meats and cheeses.
