This product is obtained by blending the concentrated must of white grapes with white wine vinegar. We also add a part of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI which makes the taste more round and persistent.
The white grapes enhance the most delicate and balanced part of the product. Even the dressing, like balsamic vinegar, is characterized by the grape must as the first ingredient.
To be combined with: cooked or raw vegetables, fries, white meats, soft cheeses, cooked or raw fish.
