Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I.

Sangiovese is a grape with a ruby red color, sometimes with violet tones. Its aroma is vinous and delicate and the flavor is dry, harmonious and slightly tannic, with a bitter aftertaste.
It is a more delicate vinegar than that of Lambrusco because the acid part emerges more than the aromatic one. The result is a very complex, high density Balsamic Vinegar.
The high percentage of grape must
makes the product rich and full-bodied with a sweet and persistent taste with delicious notes of grapes and fig.

To be combined with: mixed salads, roasts, pizza, fruit salads and ice cream, perfect for decorating any dish.

Just out of curiosity: The density of water is 1.00 the density of honey 1.42. "Super dense" products tend to crystallize in barrels during winter due to the high sugar content if kept a low temperature
