Our ALLAMBRUSCO Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI won the prestigious Sofi Award Bronze 2018, an international award assigned by the Specialty Food Association (SFA).
Since 1972 the SFA has awarded the Sofi Award to the excellence of world gastronomy, rewarding quality and creativity. It is a great source of pride for us to be part of the world's food excellence.
ALLAMBRUSCO was born from the love for our land and its fruits. It is a unique product in the world: a Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI created from a single grape variety, Lambrusco .
